The BBC iPlayer has boosted its viewing figures thanks to a range of internet-enabled devices including games consoles, Smart TVs and Blu-ray players.
Data released for the first quarter of 2012 shows that demand from smart TVs, games consoles and BD players in April was up by a staggering 57% in a year-on-year comparison. The figure was also up by 11 percent in April alone.

I couldn't let this week pass without mentioning
the film of the year...The Hunger Games. However, I'm not so enthralled by box office stats making it the third biggest opening weekend ever, nor that it's grossed $155 million in just three days.
