Have you heard of Lands' End? I don't mean the place, I mean the clothing company. They consider themselves to be one of the UK's hidden gems but they are definitely gaining more admirers across the British Isles due to their affordable prices and unrivalled customer service.
There is a great deal I don't know about Lands' End so I assume you don't either. I thought I'd take
it upon myself to find out some interesting trivia:

If you're shopping for electrical goods there are lots of places you could try. For example, Tesco, Comet, Amazon and Maplin all spring to mind immediately. However, I'm personally a big fan of
Currys! Why, I hear you ask? Well, it's probably because they have a number of policies that make shopping with them such a genuine pleasure.

Unless you
have been living under a cave for the last couple of years, I'm pretty sure you
will have heard of Wonga. They are probably the most well-known payday lender
in the UK, but does that make them the best?
Well,
personally I think that Wonga is awesome. Although I understand the viewpoint
of people that are desperate for cash and end up in vicious debt cycles, Wonga
isn't designed to support serious debt problems.
If you need
cash in a flash, I would only think of going to one place...Wonga. But why exactly do
they stand out from the crowd?

After
hearing the news that Play.com closed its successful retail arm last month, I
wanted to find out more about the Rakuten Marketplace. Although I've seen bits
and bobs about it when doing my usual shopping, I have never really delved
deeper – until now.
If you are
– or were - a keen Play.com shopper, you might be interested in how it works.
The
Marketplace is somewhat eBay-esque, as merchants are able to create their own
branded shop fronts within the site. However, they will supported by a
specialist team that helps with design, marketing and analytics.

The advent of
spring and the countdown to summer could hardly give us two better excuses to
head out on a shopping spree and snap up those 'must-have' items that have
been sitting on our wish list since the start of 2013.
But while we
may be keen to fill every corner of our home with an assorted array of goodies,
that doesn't mean we are prepared to blow the budget in the process.
Here are just a
few items from Argos that can help us to stock up for the sunny season, without
burning a hole in our wallets.

For those who are fortunate enough to have Lady Luck smiling down on them on a permanent basis, the thrill of an unlimited shopping spree may have worn off some time ago but, for us mere mortals, the prospect of having more money on our hands than is sensible can still render us speechless. Combine this with the idea of a 'no holds' barred shopping extravaganza in
John Lewis and you have pretty much described my idea of heaven.

Rude shop assistants and bad customer service can turn a pleasurable shopping trip into a nightmare and now, Which? has compiled the ultimate list of the UK's best - and worst - High Street shops. If anything, it just reiterates why online shopping beats them all, hands down.
According to the survey of more than 11,000 people, the 'unhelpful and
rude' staff at Halfords make the bicycle and car parts retailer the
worst on the High Street. The survey, which gave shops a score out of
100, awarded Halfords a measly 51% based on product quality, price and
service, along with customer comments on whether or not they would
recommend the store to fellow shoppers.
At the other end of the scale, cosmetics company
Lush
scored top place with 83 out of 100, with consumers praising the high
quality products and staff who are 'friendly and knowledgeable'.

'You only get an oo with Typhoo' and this is why it has won our coveted 'Brand of the Week' title. An English brand of tea, this fantastic company has won our hearts (and taste-buds) with a series of catch jingles, memorable adverts and, of course, a great tasting product.
