Day 5 - Something horrible happened today, 90s grunge clothing reared its ugly head on more than one runway. I was a teen in the 90s and grunge was my primary dress code but I was young, insecure and angry, torn and tattered clothing made perfect sense. I've matured and no longer feel my lovely curves should be covered in flannel. So you can imagine my dismay when down the Ashish catwalk came models with huge holes in their sweaters. The good news is that aside from those sweaters there happened to be some fun plaid dresses and lots of sparkle to be seen elsewhere. Thankfully tailoring ruled Amanda Wakeley's show and Mary Katrantzou created truly unique skirts while mixing and matching bright patterns.
