Party season is almost upon us. Now is the perfect time set up your game plan. Not only do you need to prioritise what events to attend but you also need to plan just what to wear. This is the perfect time to browse through your favourite shoe shop as well. Retailers everywhere are eagerly offering sales and discounts to help you ease into this festive season. So just what are you going to wear?

Go ahead and burn that little black dress, this year is all about sparkle and shine! If you haven't picked one up yet I suggest hunting down a sequined number in your favourite colour. Or if you don't want to think about it too hard, stick to metallic hues, silver and gold aren't just for miners anymore. Oasis has a beautiful selection of these shimmery dresses.

Don't want your dress to outshine you? Then pick up a brilliant gem-coloured number. RED! If there is one shade giving black a run for its money this year it's red. It seems that everybody is worked up about something right now, so why not make a passionate statement in the colour of passion itself? So, you've settled on an emerald green ruffled frock but you still want to add some flash, can you still have it? Yes, yes you can. I'm sure you've noticed the return of the stiletto pump, how could you not, they are everywhere! I'm fine with that, it's my personal belief that every girl needs at least one pair of gold lame' platform pumps at some time in her life.
