Real people helping real people get great savings

I'll be at Piccadilly Backpackers Hostel (12 Sherwood St, London W1F 7BR) soon. Any free wifi hotspots in that area? Thank you.

I'd prefer places open both early and late. Will I be expected to buy a lot of coffee? Are there time limits? Anything else I should know?

It's hard to say definitively whether there's free hotspots in an area until you get there and open up the laptop unfortunately. I've always been pretty lucky in London and have found some unprotected networks to jump on, or been fortunate that wherever I've been staying has free wifi. Most places like coffee shops and bars etc. that offer Free Wifi want you to buy something of course, but here's a partial list from Timeout London that may help you; http://www.timeout.com/london/aroundtown…

Libraries are your best friend for free internet I've found. Wireless dongles from the major cell phone networks in the UK are well priced, and at least that way you'll be guaranteed service. You can get pay as you go versions, so that's worth checking out. Good luck!
