We often read about the latest celebrity marriages in trouble, and it can seem like many Hollywood A-list romances are destined for divorce from the moment their posh pouts utter ‘I do’. However this is not the case for many a well known face in celeb land, and we think its about time we celebrate a few celebrity marriages that have lasted well beyond the annulment stage and have truly stood the test of time.

David Beckham today shared a heartfelt wedding day throwback picture as he celebrates 17 years of marriage with Victoria – his very own posh spice. The handsome footballer accompanied the Instagram snap with these words: “Wow 17 years ago to this day this happened… I was lucky to meet someone who has the same drive and wanted the same things in life…We have created 4 beautiful children that I couldn’t wish for a more loving and caring mummy for them… Happy anniversary I love u (sic)”. And we love the both of you – keep up the good work guys. And check out that white suit!
