    I’d choose the Flat Belly one!! Mainly because it is definitely the worst part of my body! Partly due to having kids but mainly I need a kick up t’bum with my diet and exercise!!

    Wow so much to choose from! This was very hard as I would love to try them all! My first choice would be the Superfood Diet, the name sounds powerful and I believe the effects would also 🙂

    The Summer Slimmer plan sounds perfect for me as I want to lose a stone or so for my summer hols in August. The plan contains the types of meals I enjoy. I also like the idea of being able to have a few treats too!

    Clean & Lean – It looks a great menu and lots of my favourites on there.

    I try my best to eat Clean but it doesn’t happen as often as I would like it to! So this would be ideal as everything would be there for me!
