Made in Chelsea is back for its eleventh series and we’re already blown away by the drama, the posh insults and the bloody fantastic outfits. Black cabs, Bentleys and bright lights set the scene for these London socialites as talk of boyfriend bonking and pro-tographs of our favourite MIC ladies in the buff dominate the opening scenes.
But unlike the lothario MIC men, we’re more interested in checking out what the girls are wearing this series rather than ogling their stripped down pics.
And yes, we’re fully aware that we don’t fall into the category of ‘Made in Chelsea heirs with a licence to spend’ which is why we’ve scoured the market to find you high street fashion alternatives so that you can mimick Made in Chelsea style for less. And whilst we’re at it, we’ve felt obliged to report on our eleventh series first impressions of some of our favourite Made in Chelsea characters.
Made in Chelsea Style and Sass – The Lowdown
So far this season, she’s seemed a little quieter and a lot more tolerant than usual – something which was particularly apparent in her approach to dealing with the latest ‘JP drama’ which involved relationship coaching the childish boyfriend of beautiful Binky. “Yes JP, most couples actually do want to spend time together.” We salute your patience Lucy.
But is this more chilled version of our feisty Watters a result of the calming influence of love or is there more to the ‘rocky relationship’ doubts Steph Pratt has planted in our minds? Whatever the case, boyfriend James still clearly finds her irresistible – just look at that face. Perhaps he’s also lusting after the fab River Island T-shirt she’s rocking?

A feistier Pratt seems hell bent on stirring things up this season. Having clearly recovered from the broken heart she was nursing in season ten, Steph is flaunting her single self and seems to be on a man-rampage with eyes fixed firmly on a certain Alex Mytton. She’s rocked the boat with Lucy, provoked Mytton’s estranged on/off girlfriend Nicola and given the MIC girls a reason to keep one eye open when it comes to their Chelsea boys. Dating techniques aside, we love Steph’s chic new look – in particular her classic black roll neck and Chanel necklace combo.
A black turtle-neck is a real investment piece, and can carry you through all seasons. We’ve hunted down our favourite save and splurge options below.

There’s only one way to describe Louise in season eleven so far…blunt AF. There’s not a tear or a drunken blackout in sight; just a few seriously stern words for Steph and her Mytton chasing antics. Watch it Pratt – Louise will “literally stop talking to you” because she “doesn’t even know who you are any more”. Nice denim blouse by the way.
Steal Made in Chelsea style and embrace the denim movement; no matter what your taste or budget!

I think the entire MIC fan base was shocked by the revelation that Toff’s grandmother looks younger than our mothers. In fact, I’m still a little suspicious about that. I feel I need answers. Anyway, we’ve had a little teaser – courtesy of Mark Francis – to suggest that the focus for Toff this season is going to be on finding a man without coming across as desperate. Lovely. We think Toff has a tough time of it on the man front – particularly as she dresses like a lady and tolerates brutal and regular ‘advice’ from the wicked witches of the South West.
Channel your ladylike side and invest in a cream roll neck and pearls like Toff.
