If you are booking a taxi transfer from the airport to the city with KiwiTaxi, the price already includes one hour of waiting time after the scheduled arrival time. If your flight has been delayed for less than 30 minutes, the driver will monitor it and will arrive on location by the time of landing. If your flight has been delayed for an hour or longer, please let the driver know. If the driver needs to wait around for longer than an hour, the driver may ask for a small waiting fee.

If you book a transfer from the hotel, the price includes 15 minutes of waiting from the time stated in the order.
