Eligible customers will automatically receive a £5 promotional credit when they use Clearpay to make a purchase of £50 online through the Clearpay app. The Promo will be automatically applied to the online purchases of eligible customer when using the promo code “AFFSAVOO5” The promotional credit will be applied to the total original purchase value as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs) to reduce the value of your four payments equally. Clearpay reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice to you. If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. Promotional credit is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold. Promotional credit cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the Promotional Period. Each Clearpay Promo is limited to one per order, per customer and account. Each Clearpay Promo may not be applied to pre-order items, subscriptions or any cross border transactions and may not be combined with any other Clearpay promotion. Each Clearpay Promo applies only to qualifying items. If any of the products related to an offer are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount you actually paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies. If you breach any of these Promo terms or Clearpay’s Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any credit under this Promo. This Promo will be governed by English law.
