• We know 3,000 people in North Derbyshire need hospice support, yet we're only caring for 2,200 at the moment, therefore about 800 people aren't receiving our care. We need your help to ensure everyone who needs hospice care, gets it.

• 1 in 5 of our patients are cared for thanks to gifts in wills

• All hospice services are free at the point of access but it costs an average of £5,000 to care for each patient and their family

What makes Ashgate Hospicecare different

We believe that Every Person Matters and they matter until the end of their life. We provide care to patients when there’s no cure for their illness, but we also take care of their loved ones with our Family Support Services.

Other ways to support

Supporters can play the Ashgate Lottery for £1 per week and be in with a chance of winning up to £10,000. You can sign up on the Ashgate Lottery website.

You can leave the charity a gift in your will. Just 1% can make a huge difference.
