Money Saving Tips
One of my favourite and possibly geekiest pastimes at the start of the year is putting reminder notes on my phone calendar for each glorious bank holiday that I can look forward to over the coming twelve months, with the prospect of having seven extra days to add onto my annual holiday being more than enough to cure my winter blues.
Though it's unlikely that the first bank holiday weekend of 2013 will be a patch on the Jubilee weekend of 2012 – a full Friday to Tuesday's worth of revelry – I am still hopeful that the bank holiday spirit will come out in full force the moment the clock strikes 12.01am on 29 March.

soldiers, past and present...

We were recently sent a Zooter. What? A Zooter. It is a new accessory for your MicroScooter. It is a great way to make your Micro Scooter stand out, and it also works as a hand puppet! My first confession is that we do not have a micro scooter, but we do have an alternative. The zooter fitted perfectly on the model that we have and it didn't fall off at all. My son loved that his scooter stood out from all the others at the park. There are four in the range, Trixy, Dino, Lenny and Cheq. What they say: Add some serious style to your scooter with a Zooter, the cool accessory that gives your microscooter real animal magic! Zooters are cute, colourful animals that will not only make your scooter stand out from the crowd - they transform into glove puppets as well. Simply slide the Zooter over your scooter handlebars and you're ready to roll – there are four funky animal characters to choose from with more new designs coming soon. Zooters fit any size of scooter, have handy side pockets for toys, drinks or snacks and feature reflective panels for added visibility and safety...
