Baby Friendly Summer Holidays 2014

Going on holiday with a baby doesn’t have to be stressful; in fact, young babies are often easier to take away than older children, since you are no longer bound by the tyranny of school holidays and the short attention span of toddlers! Whilst beaches and hot sun can be stressful for tots, there are plenty of places in the UK and Europe where you can holiday with all the comforts of home- here at Savoo we have rounded up the best of them for summer 2014.

3 Generation Holiday Cottage, Cornwall
Price: From £630 a week for a cottage in September

Luxury Bosinver Farm Cottages in Cornwall are the perfect destination for three generations to spend quality time together in a home away from home: from the youngest babies through to the oldest grandparents!

The cottages also offer night lights, a toy box and a range of kid’s books and TVs.

Center Parcs is renowned for its family friendly and activity packed holidays. Set in 400 acres of forest, all four villages have numerous restaurants, cafes and shops to choose from, along with a number of baby friendly activities.

Newborns can enjoy Sensory Playtime, where they will be introduced to textures, calming sounds, vibrant colours and shapes. And don’t forget to try out the SwimaSong Swim Lessons, where your baby will learn aquatic skills with the aid of song and rhyme.
