What’s the difference between a discount code and a deal?

We have voucher codes and deals at Savoo. While both of them will enable you to save money, there’s a slight difference between the two. A voucher code is a string of numbers and letters that you copy and paste into a certain box on the retailer’s website when you’re ready to pay. When you’ve successfully applied the code, you’ll see the discount on your total spend. Using a deal doesn’t require any copy and pasting - simply click through to the retailer’s site from the deal on Savoo and shop as normal. My voucher code isn’t working, what shall I do?
