How do I make a Code Promise claim?

First, check the Code Promise Terms and Conditions. You can also check that the deal qualifies for the Code Promise:

  1. Does the deal say "Get Code" rather than "Get Deal"?
  2. Is there a Code Promise badge?
  3. Does the offer require a promo code to redeem - if it does you'll see code and the ability to copy the code clearly on the offer pop-up. If no code appears on the pop-up the offer is not valid for the Savoo Code Promise?

If it meets all criteria, email codepromise@savoo.co.uk within 24 hours of your purchase, include proof of your order and details of the faulty code.

Is there a time limit for making a claim?

Yes. Your claim must be submitted within 24 hours of completing your purchase. Claims sent after this window will not be accepted.

What kind of gift card will I receive?

You can choose from a selection of leading UK brands. Gift card options may vary due to availability.

Can I claim more than once?

You may make one claim every three months.

What happens if my claim is rejected?

If your code wasn't eligible for the Code Promise, expired before use, or was misapplied (e.g. didn't meet minimum spend or category restrictions), your claim may be declined. We'll always explain why.
