Savoo Code Promise Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) under which Savoo Ltd, trading as Savoo and Savoo.co.uk, owned and operated by Centerfield Media Holdings, LLC, 12130 Millennium Drive, Ste 600, Los Angeles, CA 90094 (“We”, “Us” or “Our”), located at Lamplighter Works, 49-51 Farringdon Rd, London EC1M 3JB, provides the Savoo Discount Code Promise (“Promise”). By making a claim under the Promise, You (“You”, “Your” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

“Award”
The compensation offered by Us under the Code Promise, subject to change at Our discretion.
“Discount Code”
Any online code listed on Our Website for savings on a Merchant’s Products, comprising words, numbers, or a combination of both, and specifically identifiable by the ‘Get Code’ button in the deal module. This is distinct from ‘Get Deal’ offers, which are not Discount Codes.
“Faulty”
A discount code that does not apply an intended online discount or saving.
“Merchant”
A retailer or service provider offering a Discount Code via Our Website.
“Products”
The goods or services available online to which a Discount Code applies.
“Promise”
The Savoo Discount Code Promise, Our commitment to provide an Award if a Discount Code is Faulty.
“Transaction”
A completed purchase where a Faulty Discount Code was used.
“Valid Transaction”
A Transaction that meets the criteria in clause 5.2.
“Website”
www.savoo.co.uk
“Working Days”
Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To apply for the Award, You must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • Be at least 18 years old.

3.2 Users must be registered with Savoo in order to claim an Award. Providing incorrect information may result in disqualification.

4. Requirements and Eligibility

4.1 The Promise applies only to Faulty Discount Codes for online purchases. Printable/downloadable vouchers, mobile-specific vouchers, and other promotions are excluded.

4.2 To qualify for a claim, You must:

  • Use the Discount Code as instructed.
  • Enter the full code in the Merchant’s designated field.
  • Follow the redemption steps provided by the Merchant.
  • Complete a Valid Transaction.
  • Not have claimed for the same Merchant or its affiliates in the same calendar month.

4.3 A Discount Code will not be deemed Faulty if:

  • You enter it incorrectly.
  • The Product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • There is an issue with the Merchant’s website or Your internet connection.
  • You do not complete a Valid Transaction.

4.4 You may submit one claim every three months, with a maximum of four per year. The Award limit is one per offer.

5. Valid Transactions

5.1 A claim is only valid if You complete the Transaction and meet all conditions for a Valid Transaction.

5.2 To qualify, within 24 hours of Your order confirmation, You must provide:

  • A copy of the order confirmation.
  • Your contact details, Merchant name, Product details, and the Discount Code attempted.

5.3 A Transaction is invalid if:

  • The Merchant cancels or refuses to supply the Product.
  • You cancel or obtain a refund.
  • The Transaction involves fraudulent activity.
  • You breach these Terms or the Merchant’s conditions.

6. The Award

6.1 We will confirm Your eligibility for an Award promptly. Approved Awards will be issued within five (5) Working Days. If unavailable, a similar alternative may be provided.

6.2 By accepting the Award, You agree to:

  • Follow any guidelines provided by Us.
  • Adhere to the Merchant’s terms regarding Award usage.

6.3 We may limit the number of Awards issued per period. Once the limit is reached, further claims will not be accepted until the next period.

7. Liabilities

7.1 Neither party is liable for indirect losses arising from a breach of these Terms.

7.2 We do not accept responsibility for:

  • Loss of anticipated savings.
  • Any issues resulting from use of the Award.

7.3 We do not limit liability for:

  • Death or personal injury due to negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Breach of statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All intellectual property related to the Promise, Award, and Website is owned by Us and protected by copyright laws.

8.2 You may download or print content from Our Website for personal use only.

9. Complaints

9.1 To make a complaint regarding the Promise, email us at codepromise@savoo.co.uk. We will address complaints in a timely manner.

10. Data Protection

10.1 We comply with UK data protection laws and process Your data in line with Our Privacy Policy, available on Our Website.

11. General

11.1 Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver.

11.2 If a provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in force.

11.3 These Terms form the entire agreement between You and Us.

11.4 We reserve the right to modify these Terms or withdraw the Promise at any time, with updates published on Our Website.

11.5 These Terms are governed by English law, with jurisdiction in English courts.

11.6 Claims should be submitted to codepromise@savoo.co.uk.

11.7 If We suspect misuse of the Promise, We reserve the right to reject claims from individuals involved, even if they meet the criteria.
