ᐅ When will I pay for my booking?
A deposit will be taken when booking your trip (£50 per apartment at self-catered parks, £20 per adult and £10 per child at Pakefield, and £20 per adult at Sand Bay). The remaining will need to be paid in full 8 weeks (56 days) prior to arrival.
ᐅ Do Pontins offer refunds if I need to cancel a holiday?
All bookings are made with a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel with more than 56 days to go before your visit, then you can receive a refund of the remaining amount. If you cancel within the 56 days, the remaining balance will have already been taken and will be non-refundable.
