Every year, there’s a Summer Sale with savings up to 50%, and special deals appear during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. If you buy sale items online, you can return them as usual. For sale items bought in-store, you can exchange them but not return them.

NHS Workers and Teachers Get 15% off Full-Price Items

NHS workers and teachers get 15% off full-price items at Lucy & Yak. NHS staff need to verify through Health Service Discounts with a valid NHS email address. Teachers can use Discounts for Teachers and just need to complete a short eligibility check. Please note, Blue Light Cards are not accepted for this discount, so be sure to use the right verification method to get your code.

Choose Store Credit on Returns and Get 10% Extra Back

When you return an item and choose store credit instead of a refund, Lucy & Yak gives you 10% extra on top of what you paid. For example, if you return something that cost £60, you'll get £66 in store credit instead of £60 back to your card. This is a simple way to get more value from a return, especially if you plan to shop with us again.

Independent Businesses Can Unlock 40% off the Workwear Range

Independent businesses can get 40% off the Lucy & Yak workwear range, including aprons, dungarees, jumpsuits, and essentials. If your application is approved, you’ll receive a unique code by email. The minimum order is three items, and the code is valid for 12 months. You can’t use it with other promotions, and (Im)Perfect Yaks items are not included.

Lucy & Yak runs a 3 for 2 deal across its accessories collection. Keep an eye on the navigation banner for when this is active, and use it to pick up bags, jewellery, sunglasses, or other accessories without paying full price for every item.

1. Browse lucyandyak.com and add your chosen items to your basket.
2. Click the basket icon in the top right corner of the page to review your order.
3. Select Checkout to proceed.
4. Locate the discount code field at checkout and paste your code into it.
5. Click Apply and check that the discount has been deducted from your order total before continuing.
6. Complete your purchase using one of the accepted payment methods.
