MyPharmacy FAQs
ᐅ Can I get free MyPharmacy delivery?
Yes. Orders over £40 get standard delivery totally free of charge, and NHS prescriptions are delivered free to your doorstep. If you’re spending less than £40, standard delivery costs £3.99, while faster delivery options cost between £5.99 and £17.99, depending on the day you want your order to arrive and your choice of courier. Opt for Royal Mail or DPD delivery when you get to the checkout.
ᐅ Does my MyPharmacy package say what’s inside?
All MyPharmacy deliveries are sent in plain, discreet packaging, without details of what is contained inside. The brand name of your treatment is also not visible on bills or bank statements. This means you won’t have to worry about others knowing what you’ve ordered when you receive your medication.
ᐅ How do I send my NHS prescription to MyPharmacy?
To get your repeat prescriptions delivered by MyPharmacy, click the ‘NHS’ tab in the top menu of the MyPharmacy website and fill in the form. You will need to include your address and your GP details. When you order your medication from your GP surgery, your GP will send your prescription straight to MyPharmacy.
ᐅ Where is MyPharmacy based?
MyPharmacy is based in the UK, and currently only delivers to the UK. This means your MyPharmacy order cannot be delivered to you if you are abroad.
ᐅ Do I need a prescription to use MyPharmacy?
No, you don’t. You can order one-off non-prescription medication from the MyPharmacy chemist section, or you can request a prescription from MyPharmacy with a free consultation. MyPharmacy can only grant you a prescription for conditions that can be safely diagnosed without a physical examination. Take a look at the MyPharmacy website for a full list of conditions that can be treated.
