When you use U.K. Meds to access your medication, their registered prescribers will issue a private prescription. Because the order is private, you’ll pay the full retail price, and they generally do not accept external private prescriptions or standard NHS paper prescriptions.

No, you can’t return any prescribed medication to UK Meds due to safety reasons. You can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched by emailing UK Meds. Once the pharmacy accepts the medication, you won’t be able to cancel it.
