PillSorted will usually notify your GP about any medications or treatments they provide. For NHS prescriptions, the company works directly with your GP to coordinate your online prescription.

For private treatments, as a registered pharmacy, PillSorted adheres to regulatory guidelines that require informing your GP when supplying high-risk or specific, ongoing medication.

You may be able to cancel your PillSorted order, but only before dispatch. Once medication has left the PillSorted pharmacy, it typically cannot be returned. If you want to cancel your order, please contact the team promptly.
