Snowrental Discount Codes - October 2026

Snowrental discount codes must be entered at checkout before you confirm payment. They can't be added to a booking that's already been completed and paid for. If you find a code after booking, your best option is to check whether you're still within the 14-day free cancellation window, which would allow you to cancel and rebook with the code applied.

Snowrental doesn't offer student discounts as of October 2026. The best savings for younger skiers come from the standard online booking discount and the junior equipment tiers, Mini Kid, Espoir, Rider Junior, and Ado, which are priced separately and are typically lower than adult hire rates.

You can request a date change through your Snowrental account up to 24 hours before your scheduled collection. Please note that Snowrental may decline the change. If the new date costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference. Requests made less than 24 hours before collection are not guaranteed.

If the ski area where your booked shop is located closes completely due to bad weather, Snowrental will refund your hire costs based on the number of days the area was closed. To get your refund, please provide proof of the closure from the organisation that manages the ski lifts at the resort. A screenshot or a printed letter from the lift operator is usually accepted as proof.

Snowrental is a booking platform, not a delivery service, so we don’t deliver to your home. After you confirm and pay for your booking, we’ll email you a PDF Voucher. Bring this Voucher, either on your phone or printed out, to the partner shop you chose when booking. You can usually collect your equipment on the first day of your rental period. Some shops also let you pick up the day before, starting from the time listed for that location.

Snowrental accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Carte Bancaire, PayPal, American Express, iDEAL, Apple Pay, and bank transfer for certain booking types. All card payments are processed securely via Payplug (Dalenys), and no card data is stored by Snowrental after your transaction is complete. Orders are charged in Euros or Swiss Francs depending on your destination, even if you've been browsing in GBP.
