About Cavendish Cancer Care

Cavendish Cancer Care is a Sheffield-based charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for people living with cancer in South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. It provides emotional and physical support to local people and their families when they need it most.

The charity believes no one should face cancer alone, so it provides emotional and physical support through counselling and complementary therapies. Its services are provided free of charge and instead relies on the donations from supporters and help from volunteers to continue our work.

Why Donate To Cavendish Cancer Care

Cavendish Cancer Care is a charity that listens to the things people can’t always say to their loved ones. It provides a safe place where people are encouraged to share thoughts and feelings, without the guilt or fear of hurting or upsetting anyone. The charity allows people to feel more in control and aids in their ability to cope on a day-to-day basis.

Cavendish Cancer Care works alongside the NHS to offer professional counselling and therapy, and although it has a team of skilled counsellors and complementary therapists that specialise in supporting those with cancer, it also relies on the donations from supporters and the generosity of friends and former clients, in order to keep its doors open.
