Not 100% happy with your order? You’re free to return your order for up to a year! It’s easy - just visit the online returns portal and follow the instructions you’ll find there. You’ll need your order number and postcode.

But remember: your returns must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and labels. Once you’ve returned your order, wait up to 14 working days for a refund.

Get Bigger Discounts on Not Ready to Ship Items

If you need merch for a game in the next few days, you’ll need to find items marked “Ready to Ship". For an extra discount, find the merch marked “Ready to Ship" in the clearance section. But if you don’t mind waiting a little longer and are looking for the best deal, items that aren’t ready to ship are usually discounted way more in the sales!

4. Once you’ve found all the merch from your favourite bands and franchises, go to the cart.
