Pott'd Discount Codes - October 2026

The most common reason a Pott'd code is not working is that it has expired. While our deal experts work around the clock to check codes, voucher codes are sometimes removed early. Perhaps you have previously used the code, and it can only be redeemed once per customer. Does your basket meet the minimum spend criteria, or perhaps you have chosen ineligible products?

Check the code for typos and confirm whether it's restricted to new customers only. If none of those resolves it, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.

There isn’t a Pott'd student discount available in October 2026. But don’t let that put you off because everyone can get a saving when shopping with Pott'd by taking advantage of sale reductions, 3 for 2 kits, and money-saving promo codes. It’s also worth joining the newsletter to be the first to hear about new promotions.

Pott'd offers a 30-day returns policy on unused items returned in their original condition with original packaging. To start a return, contact the team at hello@getpottd.com with your order ID. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted, so always get in touch before posting anything back.

Yes, Pott'd is a verified vegan company. The clay, paints, and materials used in Pott'd kits are all vegan-friendly. As the brand's own FAQs note with some amusement: just don't eat any of it.

Pott'd pottery kits are designed for ages 8 and over, making them suitable for older children, teenagers and adults. Younger children can still enjoy pottery with appropriate adult supervision, but Pott'd recommends its standard kits for those aged 8+. The brand also offers creative kits suitable for date nights, family activities, parties and solo pottery sessions.

Pott'd accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as Shop Pay. If a card payment is declined, the Pott'd FAQs page recommends trying a different card or checking your bank account, as card processing is handled by a third-party provider.
