Founded 30 years ago, Back Up has developed and evolved over the years to offer the right support to anybody with a Spinal Cord Injury no matter what their age or level of injury as well as supporting the people closest to them. We understand that an SCI can be devastating, but we believe it shouldn't prevent anybody getting the most out of life.

Our services currently include mentoring, wheelchair skills training and activity courses as well as support in getting back to work or school after an injury. All of our services are created to build confidence and independence and provide a supportive network of people who understand.
