We aim to help people suffering from depression to be in touch with others who also suffer to enable the sharing of experiences.

Depression has such a wide range of symptoms that often vary from person to person, with the degree of severity varying too

Depression can develop quickly or gradually. This also varies from person to person.

It really does help to share feelings, ideas and successes.

Our membership includes people who suffer from depression now, people who have suffered from it in the past, and people who care for those with depression

We are an entirely independent mental health charity run by volunteers.

The charity is short of volunteers to run it - please consider volunteering for us

Any time you can give is hugely appreciated. Just a few regular hours per week can make a big difference.

• Distributing leaflets to your local library, doctor's surgery, hospital etc.

• Help out with the administrative side of things will really help spread the load
