They are motivated by the children and young people of Newham – their needs now, their life-chances into the future, and the opportunities they represent.

What makes Newham Music different

Many music services offer individual music lessons and a few orchestras or choirs to join. Newham Music organises over 70 projects, events and performances each year in addition to our in-school offer. Their young musicians have performed at the Royal Albert Hall, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Olympic Park, and the Barbican Centre.

They explore the world and all its cultures through music. They use music to communicate when language is a barrier. Newham Music is dedicated to offering the most innovative and exciting musical education experiences to all the children and young people of Newham.
