Club New Look: Loyalty Pricing, Birthday Rewards, and Early Access

In October 2025 New Look introduced its first loyalty programme, Club New Look. Taking part in the programme is free and it differs from ordinary points schemes in that, rather than earning points, members receive club prices on a number of full-price products each week; these products are indicated by a badge. Upon joining, customers are given a 25% welcome discount on full-price items purchased online.

Members also get a 20% birthday discount, early access to sales and new collections, and can enter exclusive prize draws. There are no tiers, so everyone enjoys the same benefits. Club Prices usually offer about 5% off selected items each week.

Best Time to Get a New Look Discount

November is by far the busiest month for new New Look discounts, according to Savoo deal data collected since 2009. Based on tracked data, the Black Friday sale typically launches in mid-November, around the 14th to 19th, with up to 40%-50% off across women's, men's, and teens categories. The sale runs through to Cyber Monday and often extends into early December.

Cyber Monday at New Look is worth calling out. In the last three years, a voucher code has been released that adds an extra 10% off on top of the final Black Friday reductions. No other time in Savoo's tracked data has produced both a sitewide sale and a promo code you can use at the same time.

Beyond November, June through August historically sees a summer sale with up to 40% off selected lines. January typically brings further post-Christmas reductions. Bank holidays are worth watching throughout the year: flash events bringing around 25% off almost everything have appeared at UK bank holidays across multiple consecutive years, usually running for just two or three days.

Timing your purchases around payday is another pattern to factor in. Codes tied to the end-of-month payday period have appeared across multiple years, typically running from around the 27th to the 31st of the month.

What New Look Discounts Look Like

• If you buy a dress, a pair of jeans, and a knitwear top at full price, your basket would be about £80. During one of New Look's regular 25% off events, you’d usually save £20, so you’d pay £60. If your order is just over the £50 free delivery limit, you also get standard delivery for free, saving another £2.99.
• The Delivery Pass costs £19.99 a year, while next-day delivery is £5.99 per order. If you use next-day delivery four times, you’ve already covered the cost of the Pass. After that, all your orders (standard, next-day, or Click & Collect) come with free delivery, and returns are free too.
• In recent years, Black Friday sales have offered up to 50% off before Cyber Monday, and you can use a stacking code for another 10% off the reduced price. For example, a coat that costs £80 drops to £40 during Black Friday. On Cyber Monday, the extra 10% off brings it down to £36, so you save £44 compared to the original price.

Insight Into How Discounts Work at New Look

At New Look, most discounts are already included in the price, so you don’t need to enter a code at checkout. Sales, price drops, multibuy offers, and ongoing deals like free delivery and the Blue Light Card discount apply automatically. About three-quarters of the deals we track at New Look work like this.

New Look discount codes are rare and usually only last a short time. Flash codes, which often give 25% off almost everything, usually run for one to three days and are linked to events like payday, bank holidays, or surprise mid-week sales. Sometimes, there is a special code that can be used on top of an existing sale to give you an extra discount on already reduced prices.

There are some exclusions to keep in mind. Third-party brands on the New Look site, like AX Paris, Quiz, and boohoo, are usually not included in most promotions. Sale items have their own rules too: free standard delivery, newsletter discounts, student discounts, and the Blue Light Card discount don’t apply to items already on sale.
