Did you know...
The founders put their energies into having a nursing wing built so that the residents would not have to move when nursing care became necessary. The house was called Brendon, named after the Brendon Hills in Somerset, and thus Brendoncare was born.
Brendoncare has 10 care homes that offer the Care for Life scheme which promises that no resident will have to leave because of financial hardship - with the help of charitable funding, they really do guarantee a home for life. Their 90+ clubs (including dance, kurling and pub clubs) help to tackle social isolation and loneliness in the older community.
What makes The Brendoncare Foundation different
Well recognised for their award winning food, Brendoncare chefs provide a good variety of appetising and well presented home-cooked meals; catering for special diets and personal preferences.
