Feather & Black Discount Codes - October 2026

We’re committed to ensuring you sleep well, and we understand that a mattress is a big investment.

This is why we offer a comfort guarantee on all our mattresses bought online and in store to give you peace of mind that you’ve picked the most comfortable and supportive mattress for you. If you get it home and are not 100% in love with it, we’ll exchange it for you.

Take the hassle out of getting rid of your old bed or mattress with our recycling service.

It’s the fast, convenient, and environmentally friendly way to make space for your new bed. We’ll collect your old bed or mattress when we deliver your new one and recycle it at a specialised bed and mattress recycling centre, managed by our parent company, Dreams. Because most of our mattresses are filled with natural materials and largely glue-free, we’re able to recycle almost every part of a mattress; springs are melted down, fibres are recycled, and foam can be cleaned to make carpet underlay. Our recycling service is available to purchase at checkout.

Our sample service lets you bring a little of Feather and Black into your home for free.

We know how important it is to pick the right piece for your sanctuary, which is why we offer up to six samples of fabric or wood, so you can visualise your future furniture investment.

Enjoy free room of choice delivery on all orders going to mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and the Isle of Wight.

We deliver Monday – Friday from 7am to 6pm. For luxury beds, mattresses and furniture you can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout if your item is in stock. For smaller items, we’ll be in touch as soon as your order is ready with the next available delivery date. If you need to change your slot for any reason, please call us or email our Customer Services team. All our deliveries are fulfilled through our parent company, Dreams. Their UK-wide delivery network has a dedicated fleet of vehicles for the most reliable and efficient service. Bedding and accessories are delivered within 7 - 10 working days of order by DPD. We'll keep you up to date with the progress of your delivery, but if you’re unsure about anything or have any questions, please call our Customer Service team on 01494 415399.
