Terms and conditions - 25% Off Your First Shop and Three Month Free Smart Pass The 25% off offer is only available on your first shop for customers aged 18 or over. To redeem the voucher you must use the voucher code specified in the banner at check out on your first shop. You must spend a minimum of £60 or more on your first shop in order to use the 25% discount. Minimum spend excludes delivery, tobacco products, alcohol, postage stamps, infant formula, pet food, the purchase of Ocado Gift Vouchers and food donations with Ocado. Statutory minimum alcohol pricing applies. The maximum discount is £20. For example, if you spend £100 on items listed below, you will receive the maximum discount of £20. The 25% off is only available on fresh produce, food cupboard, bakery, frozen, soft drinks, tea & coffee, toiletries, baby meals (excluding infant formula) and finger foods. The Three Month Free Smart Pass is only available for new customers who do not already have a Smart Pass and who have redeemed their 25% off voucher on their first shop ("Three Month Trial"). The Three Month Trial will automatically start within 3-5 days of your firstshop being delivered, where the 25% off voucher was redeemed. The Three Month Free Smart Pass entitles customers to all the benefits of Smart Pass, including free delivery, for the duration of the Three Month Trial, full details of which can be found here. Prior to the end of the Three Month Trial we will contact you to ask you to confirm if you want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial. If you want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial, this will be at the fixed applicable rate for your Smart Pass membership. If you do not want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial or we are unable to contact you, your Smart Pass membership will automatically end at the end of the Three Month Trial and you will need to pay for any deliveries which are due to be delivered after the Three Month Trial. For deliveries during the Delivery Restrictions, we reserve the right to charge you the equivalent of the delivery fee in the event you cancel your order and/or delivery 14 days or less prior to your delivery date. You may not receive priority access to delivery slots during the Delivery Restrictions Period for this year, but you will receive priority access the following year if you are still a Smart Pass member.If you do receive priority access this year, we will contact you informing you of priority access to and how to book a Christmas delivery slot before the slots are made available to customers who are not Smart Pass members. The voucher is redeemable on any day of the week, but deliveries are subject to availability and are limited to one per day. The voucher code expires at 23:59 on 01/12/2024.
