Patisserie Valerie Discount Codes - October 2026

Free Weekday Delivery on Orders Over £65

Spend £65 or more and weekday DPD delivery is free, saving you £7.95 on a nominated weekday slot or up to £10.95 on weekday next-day delivery. The free delivery threshold covers weekday DPD services only. Saturday delivery carries a separate charge.

Refer a Friend for 15% off

Refer a friend and you'll get 15% off your next order. The discount arrives through the referral link rather than a Patisserie Valerie voucher code to enter at checkout. The reward for the friend being referred hasn't been confirmed from the merchant's page.

Save with a Patisserie Valerie Key Worker Discount

Patisserie Valerie offers a key worker discount of around 10% for NHS, healthcare, education, emergency services, supermarket and other key workers. After verifying your status, you’ll receive a discount code to use at checkout, helping you save on cakes, pastries and gifts.

Patisserie Valerie Delivery: What to Know Before You Order

Patisserie Valerie ships cakes freshly baked then frozen, packed with dry ice, via DPD six days a week. There are no Monday deliveries for DPD cake orders, so if you need a cake for a Monday occasion, plan your order date accordingly. Weekday nominated day delivery costs £7.95, weekend delivery rises to £14.95, and weekday next-day delivery is £10.95, with the weekend equivalent at £14.95.

One condition worth flagging is that once you select nominated day delivery at checkout, you can't switch to next-day. DPD provides a one-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery, and a signature is required on arrival (a neighbour can sign unless the order contains alcohol). Orders can be placed up to 90 days in advance. Once delivered, cakes can be stored frozen for up to six months, or kept in the fridge for up to four days after defrosting.

When is the Best Time to Buy from Patisserie Valerie?

Black Friday is the clearest buying opportunity based on Savoo's tracked data. In November, discounts have reached 25-30% on selected cakes and collections over the last three years. The Black Friday sale has discounts automatically applied to online pricing, and you can seldom claim extra savings with a Patisserie Valerie promo code.

Throughout the rest of the year, seasonal occasions feature their own dedicated offers. Since 2022, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, and Christmas have produced event-specific discounts on themed cakes and collections, according to Savoo's data. Christmas and Halloween are especially productive times for a strong Patisserie Valerie discount.

We’ve also noticed that Bank holidays have prompted short-duration promotions, particularly around August and May. January is worth checking for clearance-style discounts. Sale deals with up to 30-40% off have appeared in late December and January.

3 Examples of Patisserie Valerie Discounts

• If you order a birthday cake for £50 and use a 15% sitewide code, which is a common discount at Patisserie Valerie, the price drops by £7.50 to £42.50. Since this is below the £65 needed for free weekday delivery, you would still need to pay for delivery.
• A student who orders a £60 cake and uses the 15% GoCertify student discount will save £9, making the total £51. The £65 free weekday delivery threshold still applies to the product total.
• On Black Friday, Patisserie Valerie sometimes offers 25-30% off selected items. For example, an £80 order with 25% off saves £20, bringing the price to £60. If you have 100 Cake Club points, you can also use a £5 reward at the same time. The merchant confirms that Cake Club rewards can be used together with seasonal offers, so you can combine both savings on one order.

How Discounts Work at Patisserie Valerie

Although Patisserie Valerie vouchers are usually available, most cake and pastry savings apply automatically across their site. The exception is a cluster of sitewide percentage-off codes with long validity windows. The codes typically reward customers with 10-15% off, with no minimum spend.

One thing to be aware of: sale items at Patisserie Valerie can't be refunded, and perishable food products can't be returned at all regardless of price. A discounted cake ordered at a promotional price is a final purchase.
