H&M was established back in 1947 in Sweden. Today you can find a H&M store in hundreds of countries worldwide, with the first being opened in the UK in the seventies. Since then, the brand has made a name for itself as a fashionable, sustainable, and forward thinking clothing retailer, winning the hearts of socially-conscious shoppers around the world.
You can find everything needed to give your wardrobe a complete makeover. As well as putting their own spin on the latest cutting-edge catwalk styles, there’s also a range of wardrobe basics, fashion essentials, and homeware must-haves. Plus, it’s not just women’s garments on offer either; men and kids can keep up to date with the latest trends too.
Whether you’re after some new work clothes for the office or need to upgrade your party dress collection – you can count on H&M for affordable, accessible fashion every time.
Shopping at H&M is already more affordable than a lot of other high street chains. However, saving money on your order is definitely still possible. Look out for seasonal offers where you could see prices slashed by up to 40%. It’s the perfect excuse to treat yourself to a floral dress from the spring collection or swimsuit from the holiday shop. Keep your eye out for sales around Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and other holidays too to see where you can save.
When your order comes to £50 or more you can save money on delivery fees. Standard delivery will be included on your order free of charge. This usually costs £3.99 and should take between two to three days of placing your order. It’s worth adding something small to your order to make it up to £50 if you’re nearly there. How about a pair of earrings or socks?
By joining the H&M Club you can save on delivery fees on every order you make regardless of the order value. On top of this you can also pick your order up from your local store for free too, which would usually cost £3.99
If the offer you want to use doesn’t require a code you can continue on to the H&M website once the pop up appears. When your order meets the requirements of the deal you should see the discount already applied to your basket.
If you’ve reached the checkout only to find that the promo code or offer you’re trying to use doesn’t work, then there are a couple of things you can check to see if you can resolve the issue. If these don’t work get in touch with the H&M customer services team.
First check you have entered the code into the correct box at checkout. Take a look at the screenshot above to check this. Next, make sure that the offer or code you want to use hasn’t expired. This shouldn’t be the case as we check our deals regularly, but if you think this is the case you can check on the Savoo page. If it is still listed it should still work.
If it’s definitely still active and still not working, double check the items in your basket match the criteria of the offer. For example, an offer on men’s coats will not work on women’s or children’s coats. Watch out for any minimum spend rules too.
H&M gift cards are available to buy instore and online. You can purchase either a physical gift card or an e-gift card, and can load it with a minimum of £15. Gift cards are valid for up to two years after purchase.
For a gift to make any fashion-lover’s dream come true, a gift card is the perfect option. Just choose your favourite design, add a personal message, pick a value, and you’re done.
H&M’s returns policy states that you have a 28-day window from the day of receipt to return your products and get a full refund. To return items, simply complete the returns form included in your package and make sure you send it back with your items.
Alternatively, you can return your items in-store if you prefer. For a full list of the returns options available, visit the returns section of the H&M website.
You can find your local H&M branch by using their Store Locator tool. Simply put in your post-code and hit search. You will see a list of the nearest branches to you as well as their address, telephone number, and opening hours.
