Heel & Toe is not government funded and relies on public support and donations. "We believe that no child should be denied therapy due to lack of money."
Did you know...
Heel & Toe provides free conductive education therapy to children with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities. Children aged between 6 months and 19 years old can attend therapy sessions at one of their centres and once an initial assessment has been completed, sessions can be booked in. All other types of therapies are then offered to parents who attend at a reduced rate. Therapy sessions run from; Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. The charity also offers block sessions of therapy for children who have undergone an SDR operation.
What makes Heel & Toe different
"We are the only charity in the North East to provide conductive education therapy free of charge. We tailor each session to develop the needs of each individual child. Our holistic approach is helping to strengthen muscles, increase stamina as well as developing confidence and well-being."
